This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or  Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and Buxx.in, Inc. (buxx.in) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept." If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Buxx.in is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1)	Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Buxx.in without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

2)	You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

3)	You may refer other people in your household. However, they must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program.

4)	We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

5)	Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to “auto-click”, “auto-surf”, “ad-alert”, or circumvent or defraud Buxx.in your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

6)	All payments are made via PayPal and no other payment method is being used at this time. You can request for payment once your account balance is $50.00 or more. Your payment will be processed and issued via PayPal within 30 business days. You can only request one payment at the time.

7)	You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program.

8)	Our current pay rate is $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your direct referrals visit. For premium members $0.0125 for each website you visit and $0.0125 for each website your direct referrals visit.

9)	You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer. 

10)	Advertising fees are to be paid via PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal funds.

11)	By joining Buxx.in, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

12)	You are not an employee of Buxx.in and you are not an independent contractor for Buxx.in. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Buxx.in has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

13)	Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

14)	Liability: Buxx.in will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Buxx.in reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Buxx.in, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

1)	Senden unerwünschter E-Mails, Menschen aufzufordern, sich bei Buxx.im ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme oder Informationen ist nicht nur gegen unsere Politik, sondern ist auch illegal. Wir haben Null-Toleranz gegen Spamming und wenn wir auch einen noch so kleinen Grund zur Annahme haben das Sie gegen unsere Spamming  Bestimmungen verstossen haben,werden wir zunächst sicherstellen, dass der Spam-Verdacht zurecht besteht, und hat die sofortige Löschung Ihres Accounts zur Folge und wir halten alle aktuellen Guthaben auf Ihrem Konto zurürck. WennSie wiederholt duch Spam auffallen, werden wir zunächst den zweiten Vorfall prüfen und dann die notwendigen Schritte für die Beendigung Ihres Kontos einleiten.

2)	NUR EIN Account pro Person ist erlaubt. Beim Versuch mehr als einen Account zu haben werden wir alle Accounts umgehend löschen. Du solltest keinen 2. Account brauchen. Solltest Du Deine Logindaten vergessen haben kannst Du Dir diese jederzeit per email zustellen lassen.

3)	Du kannst Familie oder Freunde aus dem selben Haus (IP) einladen. Grundvoraussetzung dafür ist lediglich ein eigener Email- und Paypalaccount.

4)	Wir haben das Recht,jederzeit, ohne Warnung oder Grund anzugeben Ihren Account zu blocken oder zu löschen. Wenn wir einen Grund angeben wollen, werden wir Sie per E-Mail benachrichtigen. Wird man in igendeiner Weise erwischt , wird Ihr Konto ohne vorherige Ankündigung gelöscht werden. Bitte beachten Sie, aufgrund der proprietären Natur von unserem Überwachungssystem, sind wir nicht in der Lage, alle Informationen zu geben oder die Gründe zu diskutieren.

5)	Auto-Klick/Software. Wenn Du selbst oder andere Aufgrund Deiner Mithilfe dabei erwischt werden derartige Software zu benutzen für das zum sofortigen Ban.Oder wenn wir festgestellt, dass die Förderung nicht autorisierter Software von Drittanbietern oder Dienstleistungen verwendet werden, wie z.B. "Auto-Klick", "auto-surf", "Ad-Alarm", um Buxx.im zu betrügen werden wir Ihr Konto ohne vorherige Ankündigung löschen. Löschung Ihres Accounts wegen einer dieser Verletzungen führt zum Verlust aller Konten. Bitte beachten Sie das auch rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet werden.

6)	Zur Zeit werden Alle Zahlungen über PayPal abgewickelt und keine andere Zahlungsmethode wird zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt verwendet. Sie können erst eine  Zahlung beantragen, sobald Sie einen Kontostand von mindestens $ 10,00 vorweisen können. Ihre Zahlung wird bearbeitet und per PayPal innerhalb von 30 Werktagen ausgestellt. Sie können nur einen Antrag auf Zahlung in diesem Zeitraum beantragen.

7)	Sie müssen eine eindeutig gültige E-Mail-Adresse sowie ein verifiziertes PayPal-Konto haben, um mit sich für unser Programm zu registrieren.

8)	Unsere aktuelle Zahlung beträgt $ 0,01 für jede Website, die Sie besuchen und $ 0,01 für jede Website die Ihre direkten Referals besuchen. Für Premium-Mitglieder $ 0,0125 für jede Website, die Sie besuchen und 0,0125 $ für jede Website die Ihre direkten Referals besuchen.

9)	Sie können eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Personen, zu diesem Programm einladen, sie werden jedoch nur für Klicks Ihrer direkten Referals vergütet werden.

10)	Werbekosten werden über PayPal bezahlt werden. PayPal akzeptiert alle gängigen Kreditkarten, Banküberweisungen und PayPal-Fonds.

11)	Mit der Anmeldung bei Buxx.im erklären Sie, dass Sie voll verantwortlich sind für jede Anmeldung von Steuern,bei Ihren staatlichen Einrichtungen und Behörden. Aufgrund unseres weltweiten, internationalen Status -  tun wir dies nicht für Sie.

12)	Sie sind kein Angestellter von Buxx.im und Sie sind kein unabhängiger Vertragspartner für Buxx.im. Wir bieten lediglich eine Verbindung zwischen Anbieter und dem Verbraucher an. Sie oder Buxx.im haben das Recht, diese Beziehung jederzeit zu beenden.

13)	Refund Policy: Gebühren für die Modernisierung Ihrer Mitgliedschaft oder bei Kauf immaterieller Werte werden in der Regel unsere User nicht zur Kasse gebeten werden. Abgesehen davon, werden wir mit Ihnen zusammenarbeiten arbeiten, um vorhandene Probleme zu lösen.

14)	Haftungshinweis: Buxx.im haftet nicht für Verzögerungen oder Fehler in der Leistung durch höhere Gewalt, Krieg, Terrorismus, Streik, Arbeitskampf, Arbeitsniederlegung, Feuer, Akt der Regierung oder jede andere Ursache, ob ähnlich oder unähnlich. Buxx.im behält sich das Recht zu beschränken, zu verändern oder zu modifizieren das gilt für Gebühren, Vorteile, Regeln, Vorschriften, besondere Angebote, die Mitgliedschaft Bedingungen oder zu beenden Dienstleistungen jederzeit und ohne vorherige Ankündigung. Buxx.im, seine Tochtergesellschaften, verbundenen Unternehmen und Vertreter haften nicht für Produkte und Dienstleistungen von anderen am Programm teilnehmenden Unternehmen oder Partnerunternehmen.
